Prices For The Following Complete Dinner Buffet Includes:

- Assorted Breads with Butter
- Freshly Brewed Iced Tea and Coffee
- China-like Plates, Flatware, Linen Like Napkins, and Cups available for additional $4 per person, otherwise basic Black plates, Utensils, Napkins will be provided.
- Chafing Dishes, Serving Platters, Serving Bowls and Utensils for Buffet
- Chef and Staff onsite for 5 hours for event
- Hors D’oeuvres (stationary Display) with 2 selections, Additional Hors D’oeuvres may be added for additional cost. Passed Hors D’oeuvres available also, for additional charge.

- Beef Bourguignon: A Classic Family recipe with Chunks of Sirloin, Onions and Mushrooms with a rich Burgundy Sauce with Bleu Cheese Crumbles on the side
- Grilled Salmon Steaks: with a Lemon Dill Sauce, Grilled to perfection with a light Lemon Sauce and Fresh Dill Weed
